      Seeing your reply on @whydotpharma’s blog, I suddenly remembered I’d not responded to the message you were kind enough to leave. For shame!

      Anyway, yes, I elected to leave Jonathan Richman’s Wiki out because hey, the guy gets enough publicity already😉

      No, in all seriousness Jon’s post is the unassailable number one result on a search for ‘pharma social media’ so it’s an entry-level expectation that anyone interested in the subject is already going to have seen it.
